AUO Display Plus America Corp in Wilsonville, Oregon, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to be the primary contact for customer escalations and to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues across AUO display products and dvLED systems.
You will collaborate with engineering, QA, and service teams, document issues, and support customers in AV conference environments, digital signage, and classrooms. Travel to customer sites is expected (5–10%).
