Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a precision machining shop in the Wilsonville, OR area who is looking to add a 2nd shift production manager to their team!
Must Haves- 2+ years of CNC leadership experience in a machine shop environment
- Mastercam programming experience
- Strong knowledge of tooling, GD&T, and cutting strategies
- Ensure correct tooling selection, setup, and application to optimize machining performance
- Interpret and apply GD&T requirements to verify conformance to customer specifications
- Track production schedules, workflow, and labor allocation to meet delivery targets
- Resolve production issues as they arise and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead machinists and support personnel to ensure efficient operations
- Provide CNC programming support and troubleshooting using Mastercam
- Supervise and assist with quality inspections utilizing precision measurement tools
