Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Material Handler Forklift Operator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in managing the receipt, shipment, storage, and distribution of products. You will initially complete training in Tualatin before transitioning to Wilsonville.
Responsibilities- Load, unload, move, or store products according to delivery or routing documents or supervisor instructions.
- Perform partial pallet distribution as needed.
- Use gas or electric-powered forklifts to move products safely.
- Unload and load production materials into trailers.
- Manage warehouse inventory and flow.
- Stage materials for production.
- Perform warehouse sanitation and package and move recycling and production waste.
- Communicate with other team members and production through Red Zone chat.
- Keep accurate and neatly written documentation.
- Rotate through all production forklift positions.
- Operate and troubleshoot all robot palletizers on the Tualatin campus.
- Always follow GMP and safety regulations.
- Use SAP and RF Scanner for receiving materials and loading finished goods.
- 6 months of warehouse/material handling experience.
- Competency in English to pass safety class.
- Experience in forklift operation.

- Continuous use of decision-making skills, reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Teamwork and independent judgment.
- Frequent use of interpersonal skills.
- Ability to push up to 500 pounds (with pallet jack), pull up to 500 pounds (with pallet jack), and lift and/or carry up to 35 pounds frequently.

Work EnvironmentThe position is based in a clean warehouse environment with available shifts in Wilsonville after initial training in Tualatin. Shift options include Front Half Days:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday 6am-6:30pm and Back Half Nights:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, every other Saturday 6pm-6:30am, with a $1.50 shift differential.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 – $21.00/hr.
