Job SummaryAs the Assembly Technician you will perform routine production operations such as wire straightening, grinding, assembly, and coil production.
What You'll Do- Perform routine production operations such as wire straightening, grinding, assembly, and coil production.
- Conduct inspections on small parts using measurement tools like rulers and microscopes.
- Record work and measurements with strong attention to detail.
- Use power tools and handle light lifting and carrying (up to 20 pounds).
- Follow instructions and accurately process internal forms.
Required:
- Strong documentation skills, with attention to detail when recording work or measurements.
- Understanding basic math, including English and metric measurement systems.
- Ability to count, perform addition and subtraction, and measure product/material dimensions.
- Ability to read and understand English for safety purposes and to process forms.
- Good manual dexterity and the ability to handle small parts.
- Ability to use some power tools and perform light lifting (up to 20 pounds).
- Good eyesight or appropriately corrected vision.
Preferred:
- Ability to read blueprints.
- 1-2 years of machining experience.
- Introductory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to perform essential job functions including reading various signage throughout the facility.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
- Sedentary work involving sitting 60-75% of the time, with some jobs requiring 100% standing.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors.
- Ability to move around the office or production environment as needed.
- Good manual dexterity to perform repetitive production tasks.

Full time. Worksite flexibility:
Onsite. Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:15pm-1:45am.$20.90 per hour. The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will include medical coverage as well as 401(k) retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
