Job Title

Production Operator III – Back Half Nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday)

Sets up and operates machines and tools to perform various manufacturing operations and maintains them to adhere to quality standards.

• Setting up and operating machines and tools to start the production or manufacturing operations; monitoring and adjusting machine settings as per the work requirement.
• Reviewing the departmental operating procedures, identifying areas of improvement, removing obstacles, and streamlining operational efficiency.
• Performing quality checks as per the plan, documenting the results per the standard quality procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ordering raw materials, changing stock when needed, verifying receipts, and inspecting materials and products to ensure conformance to specifications.

Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $21.00/Hour + 15% shift differential = $24.15/Hour (subject to change dependent on physical location).

• Total compensation = base salary + incentive(s) + benefits.
