Xerox seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer in Wilsonville, Oregon, to develop innovative printhead manufacturing processes. You will support Diffusion Bond and other operations while ensuring products meet performance and cost targets. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment, with proven problem-solving and mechanical skills. The position requires effective communication and a continuous improvement mindset.

This role is 100% on-site and involves both office conditions and cleanroom environments.
