Alliance Door Products is hiring a Door Puller to support daily production by accurately and safely pulling, sizing, cutting, orienting, palletizing, and staging doors.

$21.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Full-time Monday-Friday - 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

• Pull, orient, palletize, and stage doors for daily production.
• Read and follow work orders, labels, sizing charts, and production documents.
• Resize or cut doors to the correct dimensions based on work‑order requirements.
• Correctly hand and stage doors in designated manufacturing areas.
• Use tape measures, fractions, and basic math to complete work accurately.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, or related equipment after required training and sign‑off.
• Troubleshoot basic issues involving size, orientation, staging, materials, or work‑order discrepancies.
• Inspect pulled and staged product to ensure quality and visible defect standards are met.

• Door shop, door pulling, production, warehouse, or construction experience preferred.
• Experience reading work orders, labels, production documents, and sizing charts preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and work with feet, inches, and fractions required.
• Forklift and reach truck experience required; training and sign‑off are needed before operation.
• Experience in resizing, cutting, staging, or palletizing doors preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain production standards while delivering consistent quality.

• Stand and move throughout the production area for 8–9 hours per day.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Participate in team lifts up to 150 lbs and maneuver products up to 150 lbs.
• Walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and occasionally use a ladder as needed.
