Job Title
This position will focus on the printing, finishing, and shipping/receiving aspects of sales-related graphic materials for internal print production. Duties will include printing, cutting, sorting, packing, labeling, distributing, shipping, and tracking of all print materials.
Primary Responsibilities- Perform the finishing process including cutting, attaching documentation, batch sorting, and packing projects.
- Assist Graphic Designers with printing, finishing, and shipping large coroplast, vinyl, and matte banner projects and small format prints.
- Proof content for accuracy.
- Prepare and process labels for internal and external shipping.
- Coordinate pick-ups according to the shipping schedule.
- Order and receive incoming graphic media deliveries.
- Stock media and consumables.
- Provide general maintenance of printshop equipment.
- Perform workflow documentation and daily shipment tracking.
- Proven ability to take initiative and operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to meet production deadlines, handle time-sensitive projects, and deliver measurable results.
- Continuous improvement skills.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Needs the ability to be flexible, adapt and multitask.
- Must utilize critical thinking and problem solving to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Communication: verbal & written via email & messaging.
This job operates indoors in a professional office setting.
Physical Demands- Lift/carry 50+ lbs.

Shift hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm Shift Days:
Expected schedule is Monday-Friday
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum (1) year of applicable work experience.
- Computer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location. Employees are also eligible for 80 hours of vacation every year and 7-8 days of paid holidays throughout the calendar year (depending on location).
