* Job Summary:

* Join our team as a Thermo Extrusion Operator, responsible for producing high-quality products using extrusion machinery. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to our values of Integrity, Accountability, and Teamwork.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Operate, monitor, and oversee multiple extrusion machines to ensure consistent, in-spec product output.

+ Follow detailed instructions and procedures to maintain product quality standards.

+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, both verbally and in writing.

+ Work in various areas as needed to support company operations.

+ Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

+ Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

+ Maintain compliance with TE values:
Integrity, Accountability, and Teamwork.

+ Understand and use the metric system for measurements and specifications.

* Physical Requirements:

* + Safely and effectively perform essential job functions both seated and standing as required.

+ Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality per company standards.

+ Be available to work extended hours or overtime when requested.

+ Possess keen eyesight to detect and identify small imperfections on products.

+ Capable of adapting to different physical demands in various areas of the facility.
