General Production Worker
We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team, offering flexibility with shifts. The role involves working closely with the paint department to prepare metal parts for painting. Responsibilities include sanding, masking, material handling, and painting finished products before shipment. Candidates can choose between a day shift from Monday to Friday, 5am to 1:45pm (with potential flexibility for a 7am start time), or a swing shift from Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm to 2:00am, which includes a $2.00 shift differential.
Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces for coating using power grinders and sanders to remove rust, scale, and weld splatter.
- Hang parts on racks or carts for painting and move them to drying areas.
- Wash and mask areas not to be painted.
- Mix polyurethane and epoxy coating materials with reducers, thinners, and hardeners to correct ratios.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing.
- Skill in grinding techniques.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in paint preparation, sanding, and masking.
- Familiarity with metal finishing and general labor in production settings.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
