Job OverviewSupervises the planning, scheduling, setting up, and running of routine and production streams.
Job Requirements- Meet customer expectations for shipping to schedule
- Meet product cost goals, identify cost saving opportunities, and implement those opportunities
- Complete leader standard work to ensure processes are working to standard or to escape appropriately
- Build an effective team through two-way communication and teamwork within and across shifts
- Manage, motivate, and develop staff through coaching and performance management, recognizing and rewarding individual and team behaviors as appropriate
- Collaborate effectively with others across the organization to collectively achieve business objectives Communicate effectively through written, verbal, non-verbal, and visual methods to achieve results Other tasks as assigned
- 1 year of leadership experience in manufacturing operations; supervisory experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to achieve team results that are aligned with business objectives
- Demonstrated problem solving in manufacturing operations
- Demonstrated experience using computer-based systems in a networked environment; working knowledge of Windows OS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; PLM and SAP ERP system experience is a plus
- Working experience in the medical device industry
- Demonstrated experience using lean tools and systems

Compensation- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $30.00 to $31.93/ Hour + a 10% Shift Differential for working 2nd Shift (subject to change dependent on physical location)
