Supervisor Production - 2nd Shift

Supervises the planning, scheduling, setting up, and running of routine and production streams.

• Meet customer expectations for shipping to schedule
• Meet product cost goals, identify cost saving opportunities, and implement those opportunities
• Complete leader standard work to ensure processes are working to standard or to escape appropriately
• Build an effective team through two-way communication and teamwork within and across shifts
• Manage, motivate, and develop staff through coaching and performance management, recognizing and rewarding individual and team behaviors as appropriate
• Collaborate effectively with others across the organization to collectively achieve business objectives Communicate effectively through written, verbal, non-verbal, and visual methods to achieve results Other tasks as assigned

• 1 year of leadership experience in manufacturing operations; supervisory experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to achieve team results that are aligned with business objectives
• Demonstrated problem solving in manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated experience using computer-based systems in a networked environment; working knowledge of Windows OS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; PLM and SAP ERP system experience is a plus

• Working experience in the medical device industry
• Demonstrated experience using lean tools and systems

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $30.00 to $31.93/ Hour + a 10% Shift Differential for working 2nd Shift (subject to change dependent on physical location)
