The role covers two SNF facilities, Marquis Wilsonville and Marquis Hope Village (Canby), with on-site rotating days and collaboration with care staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
The successful candidate will possess an active RN license, 2–3 years of RN experience, and preferably MDS experience.
