Partnering directly with laboratory operations, you will apply advanced analytical techniques, including NGS, quantitative PCR, fragment analysis, and more, to safeguard the performance and reliability of high-value DNA products.
This highly visible position demands an analytical thinker who brings a thorough, data-centric approach to each phase of quality control. Your work will ensure every production lot meets or exceeds stringent standards across regulatory, industry, and customer dimensions.

- Execute and optimize QC assays (NGS, qPCR, fragment analysis, Nano Drop/Qubit), quickly escalate off-spec data, and resolve assay challenges.
- Initiate and document nonconformances, drive containment actions, and contribute to corrective and preventive investigations, utilizing advanced root cause methodologies (DMAIC, 5-Why, Fishbone, etc.).
- Play a key role in data analysis and reporting by preparing comprehensive quality reports and trends, and authoring essential operational documentation (SOPs, test guides, labels).

- BS or MS in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or related discipline.
- 0-2 years' industrial experience in QC or related operations, ideally in a high-throughput environment.
- Strong working knowledge of molecular biology assays (PCR, sequencing, cloning) and analytical methodologies (spectroscopy, gel electrophoresis).
- Familiarity with GMP/ISO compliance, LIMS platforms, and lab automation/robotic systems is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting ability and initiative in fast-moving settings.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a track record of collaborative achievement.
Join an advanced, mission-driven synthetic biology team, where your expertise will play a fundamental role in shaping the next generation of DNA technologies and setting new standards in industrial quality excellence.
