We are seeking a detail‑oriented Account Coordinator to join a two‑person team supporting an outside sales territory throughout the Pacific Northwest and surrounding regions. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing order management, pricing support, account maintenance, and administrative assistance to ensure exceptional customer service and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with the Account Manager to support existing customers and new business opportunities
- Process customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, product information, and shipment schedules
- Review customer orders for accuracy before entry into company systems
- Calculate and verify pricing based on established company pricing schedules
- Enter customer orders, quantities, pricing, and ship dates into the system
- Prepare and process customer quotes
- Expedite orders through manufacturing and shipping departments
- Create, update, and maintain customer account records and pricing information
- Establish new customer accounts within company databases
- Resolve customer concerns and process credits when necessary
- Coordinate artwork and design approvals for customer print requests
- Contact customers regarding past‑due invoices and payment status
- Minimum six months of related customer service, sales support, order entry, or administrative experience
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to think creatively and independently
- Basic understanding of invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
