• Meet monthly performance targets while maintaining excellent guest satisfaction scores
• Stay current on Mercedes-Benz's full lineup, technology features, and growing EV and PHEV offerings

• No automotive experience required -- paid Mercedes-Benz brand and product training provided from day one
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, technology sales, or a consultative guest-facing role strongly preferred
• Polished, professional presence -- Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville guests expect a Brand Specialist who matches the standard of the store
• Natural communicator who listens well, builds rapport quickly, and follows through with integrity
• Self-motivated with a genuine desire to grow your earnings and your career
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication -- or quick to learn them
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• OTE of $40,000 - $100,000+ annually
