Professional Security Officer

Securitas is hiring Professional Security Officers to protect people, property, and assets for clients in the Other Services (Personal & Repair) sector. In this on-site role, you will patrol facilities, monitor cameras and access points, respond to alarms and incidents, and provide visible, customer-focused security. Officers follow detailed post orders, complete accurate reports, and communicate clearly with clients and teammates. Responsibilities

• Monitor premises, patrol assigned areas, and control access points
• Observe, detect, and report security incidents, hazards, and unsafe conditions
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and client requests following post orders
• Verify identification, screen visitors, and manage entry procedures
• Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Use security technology, cameras, and communication devices effectively
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain site safety
• Follow all Securitas and client policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Participate in required training and maintain applicable certifications
