Manpower - - - Responsibilities:
Assist facility technician II & III with maintenance activities related to general repairs and facility upkeep;
Perform inspections and minor repairs on automatic retrieval systems, dock equipment, and facility assets;
Support electrical repairs, plumbing, and minor welding projects as needed;
Conduct preventive maintenance, including roof inspections, paving, and equipment checks;
Log work and materials into the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) accurately and timely
