Facilities Technician

Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a Facilities Technician I to join their team. As a Facilities Technician I, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Technician I

Location: Wilsonville, OR

Pay Range: $25

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Assist facility technician II & III with maintenance activities related to general repairs and facility upkeep
• Perform inspections and minor repairs on automatic retrieval systems, dock equipment, and facility assets
• Support electrical repairs, plumbing, and minor welding projects as needed
• Conduct preventive maintenance, including roof inspections, paving, and equipment checks
• Log work and materials into the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) accurately and timely

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED; facility maintenance training preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and regulations
• Valid driver's license with proof of liability coverage
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment and complete safety training
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform manual tasks in various conditions
