• $30 - $35 per hour with bonus opportunity!
• Get paid weekly! Every Friday is payday!
• Set weekly work schedule, always have 2 consecutive days off (Sunday/Monday or Friday/Saturday)

• Remove existing HVAC equipment and install new HVAC equipment/systems that were just sold by the HVAC sales team.
• Work directly with homeowners to proactively communicate the plan on install day and review how their new system will work.
• Manage one or two apprentices on a job site to ensure a seamless install.
• Duct work and duct work modifications as needed.
• Work with sheet metal to build flawless transitions!

• Strong communication skills - actively listening to your teammates and customers.
• Great Time Management - know how you want to approach an install and prioritize all tasks accordingly.
• Team Player - fill in whenever and however is needed as long as it helps the larger team and our customer!
• Brazing, Trac Pipe, CFC Refrigerant Card, and EPA certified.
• N.A.T.E Certification preferred.
• Preferred - 5+ years of HVAC Install experience.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to lift, twist, bend, and carry up to 50lbs.
