What does a SMV Driver do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Operates a motor vehicle and plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our beverages to customers. May load, unload, and stock beverage products. Builds and maintains a positive relationship with our customers. Must maintain a valid state‑issued driver’s license. Ability to operate a pallet jack.

7:00 am – 3:30 pm Mon – Fri
Pay: $27.85/HR
Responsibilities- Safely operate and maneuver delivery vehicles to transport beverages to designated retail locations, following predetermined routes and schedules; ensure on‑time and accurate deliveries while adapting to traffic and weather conditions. Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Safely load and unload beverage products using proper handling techniques to prevent damage or breakage. May stock beverages and maintain back‑rooms/back‑stock areas as requested by the store. Pick up and return pallets, shells, and assigned product at each delivery location.
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections to identify and report maintenance or safety issues.
- Use electronic devices or paper documentation to confirm deliveries, track inventory, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure accurate inventory counts and resolve discrepancies. Communicate with supervisors and dispatchers about progress, delays, or issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle, both internally and externally.
- Interact professionally with store personnel and establish a positive relationship with store managers and staff.
- Complete all assigned training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
- High School Diploma (or GED) required
- CDL Learner’s Permit (CLP) required
- Valid state‑issued driver’s license
- At least 21 years of age
- Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
- Must be able to operate a portable scanner and printer
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed; flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, routes, and delivery demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; physical capability to lift and move heavy beverage cases repeatedly throughout the day
