Shipping Clerk

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to help ensure customer orders are accurately processed, packaged, documented, and shipped on time. As part of our team, you'll contribute to a culture focused on craftsmanship, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You'll DoAs a Shipping Clerk, you'll play a critical role in supporting our shipping and warehouse operations by:

Processing customer orders and coordinating shipment schedules.

Pulling and staging inventory for shipment.

Inspecting products for quality and order accuracy.

Preparing packing lists, bills of lading, shipping labels, and other shipping documentation.

Ensuring outgoing shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and documented.

Maintaining accurate shipping records.

Communicating effectively with customers, carriers, production teams, and coworkers.

Supporting a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Participating in continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, organization, and shipping accuracy.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous shipping, warehouse, inventory, order processing, or customer service experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to read shipping documents and verify order information.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day.

Bend, stoop, reach, and handle products and packaging materials.

Lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Work safely around forklifts, moving equipment, and warehouse traffic.

Work Environment This position works in a manufacturing, warehouse, and shipping environment with regular exposure to moving materials, dust, and varying noise levels. Safety is a core value, and required PPE must be worn in designated areas.
