Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Lead month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely reconciliations of all accounts, (balance sheet, income statement, multiple banks, etc.)
* Perform detailed account reconciliations, including cash, payroll accruals, and other treasury-related accounts
* Prepare variance analysis, supplying detailed "drill down" management reports
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
* Assist with an ERP software data integration and "go live" process
* Support process controls and efficiency initiatives
* Work with internal teams to ensure financial controls and compliance
* Assist with audit preparation and provide support to external auditors
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting
* 4+ years of accounting experience
* Management reporting, and multi-entity reconciliation experience
* ERP software exposure, and Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
