the Role
We are seeking a Client Experience and Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for prospective clients and a key support role for ongoing work. The role encompasses sales, client experience, and project coordination
. You will speak directly with homeowners, developers, and builders—qualifying inquiries, guiding prospects through our process, scheduling consultations, and ensuring a professional, confident first impression over the phone and in the office. The role will begin with a 60-day introductory period focused on confirming alignment, performance expectations, and long-term fit.
This is not a receptionist or purely administrative role. Comfort on the phone, strong follow-up habits, and professional judgment are essential.
What You’ll Do Client Experience & Sales- Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries
- Conduct structured intake conversations with prospective clients
- Qualify leads based on scope, budget, timeline, and fit
- Confidently explain process, fees, and next steps
- Schedule consultations and follow up consistently
- Answer phones professionally, answer basic questions, and route inquiries appropriately
- Communicate clearly and courteously with clients
- Ensure every interaction reflects a high-quality, well-run firm
- Track leads and client communications in our CRM
- Log calls, notes, and follow-ups accurately
- Assist with project coordination (scheduling, document requests, internal reminders)
- Issue invoices to clients at agreed upon milestones and follow-up as needed
- Comfortable and confident speaking with clients on the phone and in person
- Organized, detail-oriented, and follow-up driven
- Calm, professional, and credible with high-end residential clients and developers
- Able to manage multiple priorities without constant supervision
- Inside sales or client intake roles
- Hospitality, concierge, or client services
- Real estate, legal, or medical intake coordination
- High-end retail or service environments
- Familiarity with architectural and real estate terminology
- Proficiency with project management tools, CRM software, and related technologies
- Performance incentives tied to qualified leads and booked consultations
