Construction Project Manager
Join a growing construction firm delivering complex commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biopharma, manufacturing, semiconductor, and cleanroom projects throughout Connecticut and the Greater NYC area.
We're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an excellent opportunity to manage technically challenging projects while working with a team that values quality, safety, and innovation.
Responsibilities- Manage construction projects from planning through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Conduct site visits and project meetings to ensure successful execution.
- Identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and schedule impacts.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
- Experience with commercial construction projects required.
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, biopharma, manufacturing, or semiconductor project experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project controls.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, or similar construction software.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Wilton, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
