Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day construction activities and field personnel.
- Lead subcontractors and coordinate project schedules.
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, inspections, and project documentation.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Resolve field issues and keep projects on track.
- Manage projects ranging from $500K to $20M+, including ground-up construction, renovations, tenant fit-outs, and cleanroom facilities.
- 7+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, semiconductor, laboratory, or cleanroom environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Sage, or similar software.
- OSHA 30 preferred.

This is a Permanent position based out of Wilton, CT.
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $160000.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
