We are seeking experienced teachers for our Infant (0–1 years), Toddler (1–2 years), and Preschool (3–5 years) classrooms.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Preference will be given to candidates who are available to work the full-time schedule of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break). The center is open year-round and closed only 7 days per year.

ResponsibilitiesLead overall classroom management by creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.
Bring your passion for early childhood education to life by implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P.® curriculum, using TLE’s beloved characters and interactive approach to make learning meaningful and fun.
Communicate consistently and professionally with parents, sharing their child’s daily experiences, milestones, and achievements through personal conversations and our mobile app.
Build strong, positive relationships with families and team members, fostering a collaborative classroom culture where learning and play happen seamlessly.
Qualifications- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
- Have at least 2 years of professional teaching/early childhood experience.
- Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role (OEC Background Check preferred).
- Must be able to consistently lift 35 pounds or more (child lifting).
