Introduction to the job

At ASML, our people are at the center of innovation. As the world's leading supplier of advanced lithography systems for the semiconductor industry, we rely on effective learning, knowledge sharing, and skill development to enable operational excellence and continuous innovation.

The Wilton Factory Learning & Knowledge Management team is seeking a Manufacturing Technical Trainer who is passionate about helping employees build the technical knowledge, practical skills, and confidence needed to perform successfully in a complex manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will deliver practical, technical instructor‑led and virtual learning solutions, facilitate meaningful knowledge transfer, and help learners apply new skills on the job
. You will work closely with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, learning professionals, and fellow trainers to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

ASML US, including its affiliates and subsidiaries, bring together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy‑efficient microchips. We design, develop, integrate, market and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers - the world’s leading chipmakers - to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics.
