• Bachelor’s Degree in education
• Valid teaching license
• Knowledge of instructional practices and strategies including early interventions for academic and behavioral challenges
• Knowledge of the organization’s policies and procedures
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability utilize MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software
• Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulations
• Demonstrated competence in establishing strong interpersonal relationships with children and adults
