Your Assignment:

* As a Process Engineering Intern for the Optics Polishing / CNC Milling, you will expect to perform a variety of engineering tasks including designing, developing and testing solutions; analyzing data; and troubleshooting production problems. You will also participate on projects to continuously improve processes that support optical manufacturing.

* Contribute to the optimization of production the Optics Polishing / CNC Milling.

* Design experiments focused on identifying root cause of existing production problems.

* Perform statistical analysis of process data in addition to any experimental data used for troubleshooting.

* Investigate deficiencies within production processes, with the intended focus of improving process controls.

* Draft robust production procedures, documenting manufacturable processes in the form of a work instruction.

Your Profile:

* Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical degree.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
