Position

Description:

Join a leading manufacturing facility as a Reliability & Manufacturing Engineer, responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant utility systems. In this role, you will manage critical spare parts inventory, lead Root Cause Analysis investigations, and drive continuous improvements to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize utility systems including boilers, chillers, HVAC, and water treatment, supporting installation, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance.

You will also develop and implement maintenance strategies, analyze reliability KPIs, and promote a culture of safety and operational excellence. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity suited for a proactive engineer looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Top Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related field.

* 3-7 years of experience in utility systems, maintenance engineering, or plant reliability in manufacturing, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or industrial settings.

* Proficiency with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, eMaint, Fiix) and strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
