Human Resources Intern

Job Description

This intern will support the Human Resources team by assisting with employee engagement initiatives, data organization, and administrative projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the planning and coordination of in-office and remote employee events
• Auditing and organizing employee files, both physical and digital, to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Supporting audits and clean-up of the employee learning platform
• Assisting with updates, events, and content on MyTauck, the company's internal online platform
• Supporting overall HR data cleanup
• Providing administrative support for new hire onboarding

KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Comfort working with data, files, and internal systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline
