Payroll Manager

Payroll Manager – Wilton, CT

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Payroll Manager in Wilton, CT.

• Payroll Manager will manage the processing of multi‑state payroll for a national corporation
• Process bonuses, adjustments, garnishments, special requests, etc.
• Ensure payroll tax compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Prepare and present payroll and benefits related metrics and dashboard reports (headcount, taxes, deductions, etc.)
• Manage HR payroll related data, internal control, and process improvements within the P/R department and HRIS system

• Payroll processing and HRIS systems management experience
• ADP or UKG, with ERP software exposure
• MS Dynamics and Advanced Excel skills
• To be considered, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
