Project Coordinator - Supply Chain

Compensation: $50 - $55/ hr.

Schedule:

40 hrs/Week.

• Collaborating to create and maintain the transfer portfolio.
• Supporting resource planning to ensure successful transfer execution.
• Set up a full phasing‑out/transfer product overview, including (non) transfer.

• Logistic risk mitigation, such as buffer strategy and last buy decisions.
• Definition of technical release procedure per product category, with the transfer team, and execute these.
• Solid input on phasing out negotiations to the Sourcing team.
• Proactively execute supply chain risk analysis and action plans to mitigate risk, ensuring material availability at all phases of the program and the right quality before and after shipment / ensuring on‑time delivery during the project.
• Support escalations within transfers to solve bottlenecks in the supply chain and avoid recurrence.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or product transfer coordination.

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
