Job Description What will you work on?

As Brand Manager, Brand Experiences Partnerships, you will be responsible for bringing the Melissa Doug brand to life in new ways through innovative brand partnerships, retail activations and experiential marketing, while strengthening its connection with consumers. You will lead the experience partnership strategy, helping to lay the roadmap for future growth opportunities.

This is a 6 month contract position with opportunity to extend or be converted.

How will you create impact?
  • Identify relevant brand partnerships for Melissa Doug across both new product and marketing opportunities
  • Lead the strategy execution of branded consumer experiences, identifying partners and the roadmap on how we can bring to market
  • Develop Brand activation toolkits programming for Specialty Retailers to bring Melissa Doug to life in their stores in a fun engaging way
  • Support Outbound Licensing Marketing Initiatives
  • Support marketing content development activation at our Retail Store in The Westchester Mall
  • Collaborate w/ internal Marketing, Creative and Sales teams to ensure a seamless extension of the brand in new experience and partnership ventures
  • Manage external vendors and agency partners to ensure delivery of initiatives
  • Monitor competitive landscapes audits insights to identify emerging partnerships and experiential opportunities
What are your skills and experience?
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or other related field required
  • Experience in consumer product brand management experience in a new product-oriented industry, preferably working with toy, entertainment, fashion, or other fast paced industries
  • Experience working on consumer or retail branded activations preferred
  • Experience bringing new ideas or opportunities to life and securing internal approvals

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Connecticut is $52/hr to $57.50/hr [Per Hour]. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
