Ring's End, Inc. is a Connecticut‑based lumber and building materials retailer serving Connecticut, South County, Rhode Island, and Westchester County, New York. We seek a full‑time Customer Service / Sales Associate in Wilton, CT to help keep our retail operations running smoothly.

In this retail role, you are responsible for profitability and customer satisfaction. You serve as the store ambassador, interacting with customers and promoting Ring's End products and services. Your duties include handling customer complaints fairly and promptly, scheduling deliveries, following up with customers, guiding and advising clients on building material inquiries, answering phones and emails, and keeping inventory organized.
