Role OverviewSr. Sales Executive – responsible for developing and growing new customer accounts in the legal community within an assigned territory, primarily targeting small‑to‑mid law firms. You will prospect, consult, and partner with the internal Account Management team to ensure post‑sales satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities- Achieve monthly sales targets and quota in the assigned territory.
- Consult with clients on web‑based marketing strategies and solutions that meet their business needs.
- Prospect and cold‑call to grow the customer base strategically.
- Use technical tools (MS Office, internet applications, ) effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client concerns and maintain relationships.
- 4‑year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in outside sales in a professional B2B environment.
- Proven track record of sales success with consistent performance at 100%+.
- Previous sales experience in online/advertising environment is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, methods, and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to translate marketplace needs into products and services.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Ready to be in the field most business days, with occasional overnight travel within the territory.
- Competitive compensation: $75,000 base with uncapped commission, averaging $80,000–$150,000, with top earners well over $200K OTE.
