Security Site Supervisor - Wilton, CT

Schedule:

Monday-Friday

Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

Pay Rate: $23/hour

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security Site Supervisor to lead overnight operations at our Wilton location. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role and is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and support on-site security personnel

* Ensure all post orders and procedures are followed

* Act as the main point of contact for the client and team

* Monitor site activity and respond to incidents as needed

* Maintain accurate reports and documentation

Qualifications:

* Previous supervisory experience required

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Ability to work overnight hours consistently

* Professional and dependable
