We are seeking a reliable and experienced  
** Security Site Supervisor
** to lead overnight operations at our Wilton location. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role and is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

* Key Responsibilities:

* + Supervise and support on-site security personnel

+ Ensure all post orders and procedures are followed

+ Act as the main point of contact for the client and team

+ Monitor site activity and respond to incidents as needed

+ Maintain accurate reports and documentation

* Qualifications:

* + Previous  
** supervisory experience required*
* + Strong communication and leadership skills

+ Ability to work overnight hours consistently
