Job Title: Security Operations Center (SOC) Officer – Weekend Shift

Location: Wilton, CT

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Security Operations Center (SOC) Officer. This role requires strong multitasking skills, situational awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor security systems, alarms, and surveillance cameras to ensure safety and security of the facility
Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following established protocols
Maintain accurate logs and detailed incident reports
Communicate effectively with on‑site security personnel and management
Provide excellent customer service in a corporate environment
Perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

Prior Security Operations Center (SOC) or security experience required
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable working in a corporate setting
Basic computer proficiency (monitoring systems, reporting tools)
Must be dependable and punctual
