SOC Operator / Security Officer
Location: Wilton, CT
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Saturday–Tuesday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
We are seeking a professional and dependable SOC Operator / Security Officer for a mixed‑role position in Wilton, CT.
Saturday–Sunday (SOC Operator)- Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Dispatch and document security incidents
- Maintain logs and reports
- Follow emergency and escalation procedures
- Conduct foot patrols and monitor access points
- Assist employees and visitors
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies
- Complete daily activity and incident reports
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Previous security, SOC, dispatch, military, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism
