As Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. You’ll lead and inspire the team, ensuring seamless service across the restaurant and bar, while supporting the management team in day-to-day operations.

They are looking for someone with previous supervisory experience within a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant, who is confident, has a professional manner, and an eye for detail.

• Supervise and inspire the bar team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Prepare and serve drinks to the highest standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Support stock control, cellar management, and ordering.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting bar area.
• Assist with training and development of junior team members.
