Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

• A Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
• Deliver a first class service to our properties covering Wimbledon and surrounding areas.

• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, flooring and roofing, with ability to provide good customer care.
• It is essential that you have experience of working with leaks, condensation, damp and mould.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence; a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
• You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy;

• London Weighting Allowance of £125 per month is applicable for operatives in the London Region.
