Our client is looking for a talented Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician to join their busy accident repair centre in Mitcham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can confidently carry out a variety of bodyshop repairs, from panel work and MET to paint preparation and refinishing.

The Role

Working within a fast-paced bodyshop, you'll be responsible for completing high-quality accident repairs, ensuring vehicles are returned to customers in pre-accident condition while maintaining manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out panel repairs and replacement of damaged vehicle panels.

* Remove and refit mechanical and electrical components (MET).

* Prepare vehicles for paint and carry out paint refinishing where required.

* Complete filler work, sanding, masking, polishing, and finishing.

* Use body alignment equipment and repair techniques.

* Ensure all repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

* Maintain a clean and organised working environment.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician, Panel Beater, MET Technician, Vehicle Paint Sprayer, Body Repair Technician, or Vehicle Bodyshop Technician.

* Experience with in an accident repair centre or bodyshop.

* Ability to carry out a range of bodyshop repairs with minimal supervision.

* Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.

* ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential.

* Full UK driving licence preferred.
