Hospitality Team Leader

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Hospitality Team Leader to join our client in the education sector based in Wimborne; this opportunity is offered on a temporary to permanent basis for the right person. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role ensuring high standards are upheld and maintained throughout service. This will require effective and clear communication, monitoring and a proactive hands-on role.

Duties:

• To be operationally focussed ensuring all aspects of Front of House commitments and standards are overseen and delivered to exemplary standard
• Liaise with their line management regarding all hospitality and menu requirements. Ensure shift/teams are briefed
• Liaise with team members to ensure the daily tasks are assigned, ensuring staffing is sufficient to cover all shift commitments
• Positive and enthusiastic approach in leading the team, driving a positive and “can do” attitude in the department.
• Ability to work closely with all colleagues to achieve the highest aims of the department.
• Taking corrective action to resolve disputes, productivity issues and maintaining standards.
• To ensure accurate timekeeping of shifts are monitored and recorded correctly
• Ensure team members are operating to Departmental Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
