Salary £34,030 per annum (OTE up to £39,000 with bonus and call outs, depending on experience and qualifications)

Full time, permanent. 44 hours per week.

This role is based from our Wincanton Depot but we are looking for candidates from around the 4 Poole area.

• Fit and maintain tyres for commercial vehicle fleets, including roadside breakdowns and on-site service.
• Carry out fleet inspections and service work.
• Complete company documentation and electronic job sheets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
• Manage stock effectively.
• Work collaboratively with depot colleagues to support customers.
• Participate in on-call rota and flexible working patterns as required.

• Previous experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to health & safety.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rota and flexible working patterns.
