Residential Counselor (FT-Overnight)

This is a full-time, 40‑hour/week, non‑exempt position. It is eligible for benefits and has a starting rate of $18/hr.

Schedule:

Sunday – Thursday, 12:00 am–8:00 am.

Pay range: $18–$22 per hour.

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.
• Support and teach clients new skills, including specific goals in their Individual Service Plan.
• Act as a positive role model to support clients’ safety and quality of life.
• Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation (progress notes, weekly summaries, attendance) in a timely manner.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
• Must pass required certifications within the allotted time set forth by the agency.
• Must pass a criminal and driver’s check.
