About This Position
Residential Counselors – full‑time, 40‑hours/week, non‑exempt position at Winchendon, MA
. Eligible for benefits, starting rate $18/hr.
Training provided with opportunities for career advancement.
ScheduleTBD | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (shift)
Duties & Responsibilities- Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours; this may include job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.
- Support and teach clients new skills including, but not limited to, specific goals in the clients’ Individual Service Plan.
- Act as a positive role model to support attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining client safety in all settings.
- Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance records.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
- Must pass required certifications within the allotted time set forth by the agency.
- Must pass a criminal and driver’s check.
