Job Title:
Construction Superintendent
Location:
Travel-based (MA, CT, RI, VT, NY)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
Pay: 80-93k
OverviewJoin our client's team to lead fast-paced remodeling projects across restaurant, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors.
Responsibilities- Manage one project at a time from start to completion
- Supervise subcontractors and small in-house crews
- Oversee project schedules, quality, and budgets
- Communicate updates and report directly to VP of Operations
- Travel to project sites throughout MA, CT, RI, VT, and NY
- 10+ years of construction or remodeling experience
- Strong scheduling and quality control skills
- OSHA 10 certification required
Valid driver's license - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- 2 weeks of vacation after 1 year
- 40 hours of accrued sick time
- 6 paid holidays
- Partial reimbursement for personal health insurance
- Gas card and company credit card provided for travel and materials
