Somerset Auto Repair is looking for a friendly, organized, and highly motivated Service Advisor to join our team in Somerset, KY. As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our company, helping customers understand their vehicle needs while providing exceptional service and support.

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide outstanding service
• Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle repairs
• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
• Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for maintenance and repairs
• Keep work organized and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Follow shop processes and procedures to help the team operate efficiently

• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Morning person – must be able to arrive at the shop daily by 7:30 AM
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly

• Automotive Service Advisor or shop experience
• Customer service experience
• Experience with Shop-Ware or Steer
• Experience working with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
