Ready to put your customer service skills to work this season? Adecco is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a busy insurance program during peak season!
This is a great limited-service full-time opportunity running from October through January
—perfect for dependable, customer-focused individuals looking to earn extra income or gain valuable office/customer service experience!
PAY: $15.38–$20.80/hour
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday
9:00 AM–5:30 PM OR 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
ON-SITE | Winchester, KY
Answer inbound customer calls and provide friendly, professional assistance
Help customers navigate online applications and submissions
Follow scripts, document calls, and use internal systems
Research information and elevate complex questions when needed
Protect customer information while following HIPAA and privacy guidelines
Complete required training and certification
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Dependable and professional
- Comfortable working with computers and internal systems
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Available for required overtime/holidays if needed
- Must be able to work on-site
You'll be helping customers—not trying to sell them something!
Pay Details: $15.38 to $20.80 per hour
